We advised the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications on the preparation of the public auction of AS Teede Tehnokeskus

AS Teede Tehnokeskus is a company providing engineering services in the field of road infrastructure with the mission to create knowledge and new solutions in the development and management of road infrastructure. The company successfully operates in an open market and has no direct contracts with the state. In addition to Estonia, services are also provided in Latvia, Lithuania and Germany.

We advised the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications on legal issues related to the preparation of the public auction of the shares of AS Teede Tehnokeskus. Financial services related to the auction were provided by KPMG Baltics. Among other things, we carried out a legal audit, prepared the public auction documents and the agreement for the sale of shares, and gave advice on ongoing legal issues within the framework of the project.
